About Oxyhydrogen Welding Machine
Oxyhydrogen welding machine uses potassium hydroxide(KOH) as the
electrolyte and adopts the principle of electrolyzing pure water
into hydrogen as fuel and oxygen as a catalyst. Hydrogen is a clean
and carbon-free energy. The combustion substance of oxyhydrogen
flame is only water vapor. It is green eco-friendly on-site gas
generation equipment, no gas cylinder is needed. Oxyhydrogen gas is produced on demand at any time and anywhere.
Therefore,high frequently transported, and replaced oxyfuel gas cylinders is
not required.
Oxyhydrogen Welding Enameled Copper Wire Compared With Soft Soldering, Butt Welding, Oxyfuel Gas Welding
The oxyhydrogen welding torch produces a high temperature, high
energy, and concentrated oxyhydrogen flame, which can weld the
joint of several enamel copper wires. The solder joints are strong
and beautiful, with no virtual soldering, no black smoke, and
exhaust gas.
The traditional welding methods are featured by low-cost
investment, but there are some disadvantages to welding electric
motor magnet wire.
